How is this different from your AI Agents?
Our AI Agents are a ready-to-run assistant that answers your customers on WhatsApp. AI Engineering is custom work: building AI into your own products, websites and internal systems, around your documents, data and security needs. If a WhatsApp AI Agent covers what you need, we will tell you.
Will our data be used to train public AI models?
No. We choose services and settings that do not use your data for training, and where needed we can run models inside your own infrastructure. Before any work begins, we agree with you where your data goes and who can see it.
What if the AI gives a wrong answer?
No AI system is right every time, so we design for that. Answers come from your approved sources and show where they came from, the system says when it does not know, and we test accuracy before launch and keep checking afterwards.
